Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Opened toys where the seal has been broken.
  • Hygiene-related products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
